Meter lists and readings as CSV or XLSX, with automatic column mapping and a check run. A bad batch can be rolled back completely.

Meter readings and annual consumption as CSV or XLSX for your billing system, billing service provider or auditor. Every export is logged.
REST API and webhooks
Meters, readings, projects and work orders through a REST API with an OpenAPI description. Webhooks report new and voided readings, meter exchanges and work order status as they happen.

How do we get our existing data in?
Through the import: CSV or XLSX, automatic column mapping, checks for duplicates, gaps and outliers before anything lands. A bad batch can be rolled back completely.
Does the field app really work without a signal?
Yes, once it has synced: signing in and the first sync need signal, after that every assigned meter is on the device. Each entry is saved locally without waiting for the server, and uploaded once there is signal again.
Which energy types and registers are supported?
Electricity, gas, heat and water. A meter can have several registers — HT/NT, consumption and feed-in — each with an OBIS code, unit and digit count.
Where is the data stored?
In German data centres, encrypted in transit, under an Art. 28 GDPR processing agreement.
